“ My wife recommended this spot, so I picked up some takeout for us. The menu had a lot of great options, so I chose a few items at random: a couple avocado toasts and a French toast dish with egg, cheese, and bacon. The French toast meal was absolutely fantastic—great flavor and perfectly done. The boba was just okay, but to be fair, it sat for about 40 minutes between when it was made and when we drank it. The breakfast sandwich was decent, but unnecessary—it had the same ingredients as the French toast dish, which was much better. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Next time, I’ll definitely dine in—I’m sure the food is even better fresh. ”

“ I have never tried food at The Modern Rose so I was very excited to go for a weekend brunch. There are very limited parking spots in their lot so you may have to circle around and look for spots nearby. I did that and found parking a few blocks down. I walked in around 12pm on a Sunday and put my name down. It was about 30 minutes until I got called up. I had asked for first come first serve and was seated at the bar. The inside is so cute here! I tried the Venetian avacado toast and I'm addicted. It was the perfect portion size for my brunch and I really enjoyed the balsamic glaze that brought the flavors together. I also ordered a side of sunny side up eggs to go with my meal. I ordered a caramel macchiato and I thought it was delicious. Would definitely continue to come back for the food here. ”

“ I went here with my friend for brunch and from the service to food and drinks, everything was outstanding. We only waited 5 minutes for a table. We got the modern egg sandwich, avocado toast, strawberry matcha and London fog. The prices for all of this were reasonable, especially for being in downtown Delray. The decor inside is so beautiful and quirky. Only issue was parking because the lot gets busy so make sure you figure out parking first before you get there. My favorite spot in Delray Beach and will definitely be sure to return ”

“ Stopped by here after having a relaxing massage and I’m glad I did. I loved the energy in this place and loved all of the classic tea pots that gave it a retro tea shop vibe. I got the flight rustic bread trio. I absolutely loved the elote corn 1 and love the taste of the balsamic vinegar glaze on top of the prosciutto. The drinks are delicious. I got the lavender lemonade drink and it had the right amount of sweetness. Coming here made me feel like a made a healthy breakfast decision. Can’t wait to go back. ”
